There will be a telescopic rod on the towable light tower. This telescopic rod is used for folding operation, the height and direction of the lamp, etc. How does the operation of the general telescopic rod work? Here are the three steps we summarized.
The first step, the inspection work of raising the telescopic rod.
According to the lighting requirements, adjust the irradiation angle of the lamp head; the four lamp heads can adjust the irradiation angle within the range of 360° horizontally and 180° up and down.
Remove the retaining pins at the front of the bodywork.
Check that there are no obstructions within 13 meters of the top of the telescopic lighting tower .Check the integrity of the wire rope; check that all fixing pins and bolts are locked securely.
The second step, erect the telescopic rod.
Open the operation panel of the carriage, and turn the changeover switch on the operation control panel to the standing/reversing position.
Press the red inching switch, and the lifting rod will stand up; when pressed for 3 seconds, the lifting rod will start the long-moving state, and the lifting rod will stand up continuously.
When the lifting rod is completely upright, press the red button again to turn off the motor; then insert the fixing pin at the front of the carriage into the lifting rod to fix it.
The third step, raise the telescopic rod.
Turn the switch on the operation control panel to the "lift" position.
Press the red jog switch, and the lifting rod will move up; when pressed for 3 seconds, the lifting rod will start the long-moving state, and the lifting rod will stand up continuously.
Determine the lifting height of the telescopic pole according to the lighting needs, press the red button again to turn off the motor; the lifting pole stops rising; the maximum lifting height of the lifting pole is 10 meters.
After the lifting rod is raised to the position, turn the transfer switch on the operation panel to the middle position to prevent misuse.
There are still many details about the operation of the telescopic lighting tower that we need to pay attention to, but the basic operation cannot be wrong. The telescopic rod is an important part of the light tower with telescopic mast, so we should also pay attention to the operation.
